Hot Springs, AR- Police responded to an injury accident involving a black Jeep on East Grand Avenue after an underage driver crashed into a tree in the median. Officers say the driver admitted she was distracted by her phone, and during the investigation they noticed signs of intoxication, including slurred or incoherent speech, bloodshot watery eyes, and the odor of alcohol. Inside the Jeep, police reportedly found open Cayman Jack Margarita cans, turning the crash into an underage DWI investigation. After being transported for medical treatment and later booked, the driver allegedly provided a breath sample showing a .116 BAC. This case combines distracted driving, open container evidence, underage drinking, and a Jeep crash into one late-night arrest that could have ended much worse. Real. Raw. Right Here.
