On February 14, 2025, Hoboken Officers Font and Kibitlewski observed a vehicle allegedly failure to stop at a stop sign. They initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle, which was driven by a 36-year-old woman. When asked her for driver's license, the woman initiated provided her credit card. She was then asked if she had consumed any alcohol and she admitted to drinking 3 cups of wine. She was asked to step out of her vehicle in order to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She then started making excuses for her poor performance on the tests, including that she had a broken foot. She was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and was transported to Hoboken Police Headquarters. The police report indicates she refused to submit to a breath test. Her charges are listed at the end of the video. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
