Officer Brown responded to a domestic dispute call at Silver Oaks Apartments. Daiyanni Davis reported that she and her boyfriend, Xazier Foster, argued over going to the store. When Davis told Foster to leave and he refused, she stated that he began damaging her property — including punching and tearing the TV off the wall. She also claimed Foster grabbed her by the neck during the altercation. While on scene, Officer Brown encountered Foster attempting to leave. Initially, Foster denied the incident but later admitted to grabbing Davis by the neck after being confronted with her statement. Davis denied any assault toward Foster, and visible scratches were noted on her neck. Foster was identified as the primary aggressor and was placed under arrest. Officer Brown secured warrants for Battery (Family Violence) and Criminal Trespass, which were signed by Judge C.B. Jason. Foster was transported to DeKalb County Jail, and Davis was provided with victim rights information.
