On July 22, 2025, at approximately 3:35 p.m., Police Officers Jonathan Figueroa and Bianca Arroyo responded to TD Bank, 47 Newark St., on reports of an individual impersonating another person. When they arrived, they observed a woman who matched the description of the actor walking out of the bank. They stopped the woman, who gave them a false name. Police Officer Andrias Bonilla arrived on the scene to assist. An on-scene investigation revealed the woman tried to take money out of an account she did not have a debit card for and provided a fake drivers license when asked for identification from the bank teller. Sgt. James Barbro arrived on the scene to assist. The woman, later identified as 35-year-old Britney Husted of Newburgh, NY, was arrested. A search incident to arrest located multiple plastic straws with possible CDS residue and burnt ends, along with burnt tin foil. Husted was charged with forgery, false government documents, criminal attempt theft, possession of drug paraphernalia, identity theft, and hindering. She was processed at Hoboken Police Headquarters and released on a summons. All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty
