Albuquerque - @Copwatchtv obtained lapel video of a DWI stop. The stop was unique because the driver already had a suspended drivers license from previous DWI arrests and convictions. The restricted drivers license allows her to drive only with an interlock system installed in any vehicle she owns.. The interlock system allows a driver to start their vehicle after breathing sober breaths into a hose installed in conjunction with the cars ignition system. During this night the driver had her 11 year old sister breathe into the hose for her to start the car since she knew she had been drinking and the car would not allow her to start with her own breath sample.
