What began as a simple stop sign violation quickly spiraled into a DUI arrest. In this police bodycam footage, an officer stops a woman after watching her blow through a stop sign. Despite denying any drinking, signs of impairment emerge — the smell of alcohol, a failed alphabet test, and poor performance on field sobriety tests. When she’s placed under arrest, she insists she “passed everything.” At the station, she refuses a breath test after implied consent is read, adding more serious consequences. What follows is an emotional breakdown, regret, and a long night of paperwork before release. This video shows how denial, refusal, and emotions can turn a routine stop into a life-changing moment — and why officers must act before someone gets hurt. Watch the full encounter and decide for yourself.
