Police bodycam footage captures a routine traffic stop that turned into a life-threatening encounter after authorities say a handcuffed woman allegedly retrieved a hidden firearm while being transported to jail. Investigators say the suspect opened fire inside the patrol vehicle, striking a deputy near the face before the deputy returned fire after the vehicle crashed. The deputy suffered a graze wound, while the suspect was also injured during the exchange. Authorities later charged the suspect with Attempted Second-Degree Murder of a Law Enforcement Officer and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon, along with multiple drug-related offenses stemming from the original traffic stop. This video documents the traffic stop, police transport, officer-involved shooting, body camera footage, deputy shooting, firearm investigation, and arrest using publicly available information and official reports. This channel covers real police bodycam footage, officer safety incidents, traffic stops, arrests, and true crime cases for educational and documentary purposes.
