On 9/13/2025 at approximately 10:53 PM I, Trooper Jackson Shumate #242, was traveling on I-430 S approaching Colonel Glenn Rd in Little Rock, Arkansas. I observed two vehicles approaching from behind me traveling at a high rate of speed. One vehicle appeared to be a newer model Volkswagen hatchback. The other vehicle appeared to be a blue Honda Accord. I initiated my emergency lights and siren and the Volkswagen took Exit 4. The other vehicle continued on I-430 S and accelerated. I attempted to catch up to the vehicle, but it continued to create distance. At one point, it turned off its lights while on the Interstate to avoid detection. I eventually was able to close distance with the vehicle after it attempted to elude me through side-roads off the Otter Creek exit. I called pursuit of the vehicle, but was still unable to get close enough to get a license plate number. The vehicle passed vehicles on the shoulder of the I-30 W service road and drove in a manner that put the public in danger of injury or death. I was unable to maintain visual of the vehicle at I-30 Frontage Road at Vimy Ridge. The pursuit was terminated shortly after losing visual and continuing on I-30 W. follow me on Instagram https://www.instagram.com/lrhn_caash/ 😎 follow me on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61564018231627 😎 follow me on twitter https://x.com/LRHN_Cash ✨😎 follow me on tiktok https://www.tiktok.com/@lrhncaash?_t=8fvtVaP3a9u&_r=1 😎✨ Follow me on twitch https://www.twitch.tv/lrhn_cash 🥶 Follow me on Snapchat https://snapchat.com/t/SbtgTt7z 😎 #lrhncash #LRHN
