Bodycam footage from the Lincoln Police Department shows officers responding to Bally's Twin River Casino after an off-duty Providence Police detective is accused of threatening patrons. Casino security permanently bans the 27-year veteran, but he refuses to leave quietly. What follows is a tense confrontation in the parking lot between the detective and Lincoln officers that ends with him in handcuffs. All footage obtained through public records request under the Rhode Island Access to Public Records Act (APRA). #bodycam #policebodycam #providence #rhodeisland #lincoln #casino #offduty #police #detective #arrested #caughtoncamera #thinbluelin
