This intense bodycam clip from Lincoln, Illinois, captures the opening moments of a DUI arrest on August 23, 2024, involving 53-year-old Karie W. Bruce. In this YouTube Short, filmed on a dark road in the Mason Temple parking lot, Corporal Collins of the Lincoln Police Department pulls over a white SUV for traffic violations. You crossed the center line a couple times back there, and you have no registration light on your plates, Collins explains, setting the stage for a routine stop that escalates into serious charges. As the interaction unfolds, Bruce reveals the vehicle belongs to her mother, admitting, I don’t have proof of insurance.
