On January 10th, 2022, police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for leaving the scene of an accident (hit & run) in Joliet, Illinois. When she was asked to, the driver refused to give her driver's license and insurance. Brittany refused to comply with booking procedures at the police station resulting in more severe charges filed against her. She was sent to the county jail, where she stayed for 2 months. Brittany was charged with felony aggravated battery to a police officer and obstructing justice.
