A sixty two year old woman flying from Oregon to her great aunt's memorial service gets into a confrontation at an airport boarding gate after rushing through a door out of turn. She claims a fellow passenger choked her and threw her to the ground. Officers spend over thirty minutes attempting to de-escalate while investigating her complaint. When they attempt to place her under arrest she physically resists, kicks, and directs racial slurs at a Black officer. She is charged with public intoxication, resisting arrest, possession of marijuana, and possession of a dangerous drug.
