Summary of Police Report – Incident on 09/12/2023 Police responded to a call at Parc 1000 Apartments around 3:15 PM regarding an ongoing dispute involving a woman who had previously been criminally trespassed from the property for harassing a resident (her ex). Upon arrival, officers saw the suspect’s white Nissan Altima parked with hazard lights on—directly in front of the ex’s apartment. The woman claimed her car had broken down while apartment hunting. She even handed officers a business card with an apartment number written on it. The victim (ex-girlfriend) told police that the woman had been following her all week. On this day, she saw the suspect parked outside and ran back inside with her children when the woman got out of the car. The children confirmed to police that they had to run because of the woman. Due to the previous trespass warning, the suspect’s suspicious positioning, and consistent reports of stalking behavior, officers arrested the woman on the scene. Her car was towed, and her belongings were bagged and sent with her to jail. The next day, the victim confirmed that a temporary protective order was pending but not yet active during the incident. A warrant for stalking was then obtained and served while the woman was in custody.
