A deputy pulled up behind a Palm Coast convenience store and found an older woman in the driver's seat with a large nitrous oxide canister. What followed was fourteen minutes of escalating excuses -- she claimed she was a "translator" waiting for "real police," called the canister "courage," and admitted on camera, "I know it doesn't make sense." She was placed under arrest. In Florida, more than 16 grams of nitrous oxide for inhalation is a third-degree felony. Full case footage and public records at bodycamzero.com
