The Sheriff heard an unknown female yell moments later. The woman came to the Sheriff and advised that he wasn’t supposed to be there. When the sheriff spoke to him. He said he received a phone call from a man claiming he was having oral sex with his ex girlfriend, which is why he drove to her house. The man was identified as ”Nick”. When the sheriff was transporting him back to jail. He became very angry to the point where he broke the glass of the window and tried to get out leading to the chaos. NICK’S CHARGES: 1.) BURGLARY OF UNOCCUPIED DWELLING WHILE UNARMED 2.) POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE W/O PRESCRIPTION 3.) BATTERY ON AN OFFICER FIREFIGHTER EMT 4.) CRIMINAL MISCHIEF $200 OR LESS 1ST OFFENCE 5.)
