Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 4 a.m. on March 3, 2024, Roxbury Township Patrolman Brad Keyes saw a 2010 Lincoln MKX swerve into oncoming lanes on Route 46 West. He flipped on his lights and pulled the car over on Parks Road. He talked to the driver, Cristina Jasso-Olvera. Right away, he smelled booze. He spotted signs she was drunk. She couldn't show a valid license. Officers later found it was already suspended. More cops showed up. They told her to step out. She said yes, she'd drunk at a bar that night. She was driving to a friend's place. They suspected she was impaired. They asked her to do sobriety tests. She said no. They arrested her for DUI. A quick search of the car turned up an open Twisted Tea. Patrolman Tumer stayed until they towed her car for a 12-hour hold under John's Law. They took her to the Netcong State Police barracks for a breath test. There, they read her the standard rights for drivers. At first, she agreed to blow. Trooper Rosenberger ran the Alcotest. But after eight tries, she wouldn't give good samples. They charged her with refusal. Cops drove her back to Roxbury Township Police. Later, they took her to her friend's house. They let her go after the friend signed a liability warning for her. Patrolman Keyes handed her tickets: DUI, refusal to test, reckless driving, wrong lane, no license, and driving suspended.
