On June 2, 2023. Officers from the Delafield Police Department responded to the report of a possible drunk driver that was swerving and almost crashed into multiple vehicles. Officers made contact with the driver who admitted to drinking, he was put through field sobriety tests and blew a .252 on the breathalyzer. The suspect was arrested and charged with "Operating while intoxicated (5th offense) and felony bail jumping" He was sentenced to two years in jail, and two years of probation. His drivers license got revoked for three years and he has to have a vehicle ignition interlock for another three years after that. This video is for educational purposes only.
