On March 19, 2023. An officer with the Menomonee Falls police department stopped a vehicle for expired registration. The driver was contacted and showed signs of intoxication and impairment. The driver was asked to perform field sobriety tests and was eventually arrested for operating while intoxicated 3rd offense. A search of the driver and vehicle revealed marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded firearm. The driver was a convicted felon and was found to have several valid arrest warrants. The driver was booked on several charges and transported out to the Waukesha County jail. This video is for educational purposes only.
