The defendant, Christina Jane Gorley, was initially involved in an altercation with her friend in front of officers. As Officer Sutton attempted to take her into custody, the defendant turned violent, striking Officer Peterson in the chest. Despite her claims that she "didn't mean to hit" the officer, the situation escalated further when the defendant continued to resist arrest. This video captures the tense moments leading up to her arrest for misdemeanor battery and two felony charges against law enforcement officers. If you’re reading this you’re a real one!
