THIS VIDEO IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY WHAT HAPPENED: Westminster police released bodycam footage from a traffic stop after an officer spotted a car driving dangerously. When they spoke to the driver, officers said they noticed signs of alcohol. He denied drinking and briefly agreed to sobriety tests, then refused and was arrested. Moments later, he stunned everyone by claiming his kids were in the trunk. Officers opened it and found three children inside, along with multiple bottles of alcohol in the car. CPS was notified and he was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, and child abuse. Are those charges FAIR?
