She pulled it over. The driver stopped in a parking lot by 4th Street North and 93rd Avenue North. Perez approached and met the driver, Jillian. While talking to her, Perez saw watery eyes. She smelled alcohol. She noted signs of impairment. Perez asked for documents. She suspected DUI, so she called another officer for help. That officer arrived. They asked Jillian to step out. She did field sobriety tests. Jillian said she was a law student in Florida for school. Perez began with the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus test. Jillian showed all six clues. She also had vertical gaze nystagmus. Next came the Walk and Turn. Jillian missed heel-to-toe touches. She turned wrong. Her count was off. The last test was One Leg Stand. She did not lift her foot right. Perez read Miranda rights. Jillian agreed to talk. She said she ate at a restaurant with friends that night. She admitted drinking wine before driving. Perez arrested her for DUI. Reasons included the alcohol smell, wild driving, her admission, and poor tests. They took Jillian to St. Petersburg Police Department. She agreed to a breath test. Results showed 0.155% both times—almost twice the 0.08% limit. Officers moved her to Pinellas County Jail. They charged her with DUI over 0.15 BAC. She got released for court. Court files show Jillian pleaded no contest on December 6, 2022. 2:44 This guy has the IQ of a starfish. 9:50, first excuse: "I have puppies at home". 14:05 she is incriminating herself 23:07 This girl trying to flex during a DUI traffic stop 💅🤡😆 27:47 "I know those type of...
