Alaska Wildlife Troopers were conducting an artificial grouse decoy operation along the roadway when they witnessed a man stop his truck, use his door as a rest, and shot the decoy from the road. He admitted to shooting from the road and was charged with shooting from the road and not having his hunting license in possession. He provided proof of having a valid license at the time of the offense at a later date as allowed by law and got that charge dropped. He had to pay $320.00 after a no contest plea for shooting from the road. This video is for educational purposes only.
