On June 2, 2025, at approximately 10:25 a.m., a deputy conducted a traffic stop on a gold Chevrolet with no visible license plate. The driver had just retrieved the vehicle following a previous arrest. Upon the deputy's approach, the driver immediately exited the vehicle. She was instructed to sit on the curb and stated she did not have her license but did have the vehicle's title. She soon became aggressive, stood up, and attempted to get back into the car. She was then placed in handcuffs and secured in the back of the patrol vehicle. A records check revealed that her license had been revoked indefinitely on May 8, 2025. She was unable to explain the whereabouts of the vehicle’s tag. While in the patrol vehicle, she began kicking and punching the windows and made disturbing verbal threats toward the deputy. The vehicle was towed from the scene. She was charged with resisting arrest, driving with a revoked license, not carrying a driver’s license, and no tag on the vehicle.
