Serial police impersonator Jeremy Dewitte is arrested during a funeral escort, and he insists he did nothing wrong. In this bodycam breakdown, officers stop Dewitte while he's escorting a funeral procession on his motorcycle. What starts as a traffic stop quickly turns into an arrest for alleged police impersonation. Dewitte says he runs a private security company, that his uniform carries his company's identification, and that he never stopped anyone or claimed to be a police officer. He demands a lieutenant, questions why he's the only escort member detained when others were dressed the same way, and challenges officers to name the exact moment he impersonated police. The motorcycle turns out not to be stolen, but the impersonation allegation remains. At the facility, officers photograph his vest, duty belt and uniform as evidence, while Dewitte asks them to document his company patch and badge and preserve the bodycam footage. Was this arrest about his equipment, or was there more behind the traffic stop? Watch the full breakdown and decide for yourself. Do you think the uniform and equipment crossed the line?
