On October 14th in Little Falls, police respond to a convenience store report of a woman who allegedly walked out with a carton of cigarettes without paying. Officers quickly locate the suspect nearby and attempt to detain her for investigation. Instead of cooperating, she becomes immediately hostile, yelling that police have no legal authority and repeatedly demanding to be “unarrested.” She refuses commands, swats at officers, and continues to resist while insisting she knows her rights. Store employees later confirm she removed the cigarettes from the shelf and exited without paying, with surveillance footage supporting the claim. Despite multiple opportunities to calm down, her behavior escalates, resulting in additional charges.
