The Ohio State Highway Patrol Aviation unit tracked a stolen car as it made its way through the East side of Cleveland, eventually coming to a halt after crashing into a house on Sandusky Avenue. Video footage captured troopers from the Ohio State Highway Patrol collaborating with the Violent Crime Reduction Initiative in Cleveland to locate the stolen vehicle. Ground troopers attempted to pull over the suspects on East 110th Street, but they fled at high speed. Fortunately, the Ohio State Highway Patrol Aviation Unit was able to track the stolen car from above, eliminating the need for a ground pursuit. Shortly afterward, the suspects crashed into a blue house on Sandusky Avenue after driving through bushes. The video shows them attempting to flee on foot but getting trapped by a fence. They eventually exited through the back door of the vehicle but were quickly apprehended by arriving troopers. The driver and two passengers, all juveniles, were immediately taken into custody and transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. Fortunately, the occupants of the house were unharmed during the incident. ⚠️Note: Footage from this video was obtained via the Ohio Public Records Act (R.C. 149.43) All persons featured on the channel are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
