A French national living on a boat and out of a converted ambulance is pulled over in Charlotte County, Florida after a witness reports reckless driving. Deputies find him with watery, bloodshot eyes and a strong odor of alcohol — which he blames on an old dog bite that he says damaged a facial nerve and affects his balance. He struggles through field sobriety tests, is unable to complete several of them, and is arrested for DUI after breath samples come back at .258 and .261 — more than three times the legal limit. Back at the station, he tells deputies he's missing roughly $3,200 in cash from a bag in his vehicle. A supervisor pulls the body-worn camera footage from the night of the stop and reviews it with him — revealing exactly what was and wasn't in his bags at the time of his arrest. Body-worn camera footage obtained via public records request. #Bodycam #DUI #PoliceBodycam #FieldSobrietyTest #FloridaDUI
