On September 14, 2025, Palm Bay Police pulled over a vehicle for speeding in the rain — right past a marked patrol car. When the driver made contact with officers, she immediately admitted she'd been speeding and, moments later, admitted to drinking. Officers noticed slurred speech, glassy eyes, and drifting in her lane — clear signs of impairment. She told the DUI officer she'd been drinking Hennessy "straight." As the investigation progressed, the situation escalated. She grew combative, resisted officers' attempts to detain her, and became verbally aggressive during the arrest. If convicted on all charges, with penalties stacked, she could face up to 1 year in jail and $1,000 in fines. - Florida Statute § 316.193 — DUI elements, penalty range, and why a BAC number wasn't required - Florida Statute § 316.1932 — Implied Consent Law and what breath test refusal actually costs - Florida Statute § 843.02 — Resisting an officer without violence as a separate charge - Officer conduct evaluation under the Graham v. Connor standard This video is for educational and legal analysis purposes only, based on publicly released police bodycam footage. #DUIArrest #BodycamAnalysis #LegalAnalysis #PoliceBodycam #PalmBayPolice #DUIStop
