🚨 **90 MPH MOTORCYCLE POLICE CHASE THROUGH RUSSELLVILLE, ARKANSAS** 🚨 On August 17, 2026, Arkansas State Police Trooper Anthony Freeman #140 attempted to stop a maroon sports motorcycle traveling through Russellville for reportedly having no license plate. Instead of stopping, the motorcycle rider allegedly fled from the trooper, reaching speeds of **90 MPH in a posted 40 MPH zone** and approximately **80 MPH in a 35 MPH zone**. According to the police report, the rider ran multiple stop signs and red lights, traveled through oncoming traffic, split between vehicles, and narrowly passed a semi-truck pulling out from a Pilot station. Trooper Tucker Rhodes #385 joined the pursuit and attempted to intercept the motorcycle as it continued through Russellville. During the pursuit, the motorcycle reportedly struck the driver's-side mirror of another vehicle while splitting traffic. The chase continued through several streets before the motorcycle entered a parking lot. Troopers attempted to box the rider in, and the motorcycle ultimately collided with a trooper's push bumper, causing the rider to lose control and crash. Troopers were able to take the rider, identified as **Muncci Brayden Stafford (born 8/9/2005),** into custody without further incident. Stafford told Trooper Freeman that he panicked and was dealing with the loss of his grandmother. He was transported for medical evaluation before being taken to the **Pope County Detention Center**.
