#policebodycam #bodycamfootage #trafficstop During a rainy-night patrol in June 2023, officers observed a Honda Accord traveling at a high rate of speed without headlights and conducted a roadside traffic stop. During the stop, the front passenger (referred to by officers as McCree) repeatedly failed to follow instructions and made frequent movements, prompting verbal warnings and control measures; he was ultimately taken into custody. The footage comes from police body-worn cameras and shows the sequence from verbal commands to restraint and transport. Preliminary charges (subject to the court’s final outcome): Escape Battery on a Law Enforcement Officer Resisting an Officer (with/without violence) Traffic violations (e.g., speeding, driving without headlights in rainy conditions) Other parties & context: The driver and the rear passenger cooperated throughout. Items found in the trunk were consistent with their stated plans; neither individual was charged.
