The DUI and refusal charges were later dropped, and Gregory pleaded no contest to the lesser charges. Get the full story on this episode of Law&Crime BodyCam. Other shoppers told Walmart staff that Gregory was crashing into shelves and nearly swerving into them as he cruised throughout the store. Gregory hardly spoke a word while being questioned by police. Once they identified who he was, they took him into custody and gave him medical treatment immediately. Upon arriving at the police department, he allegedly refused to perform a breathalyzer test, resulting in another charge that was later dropped. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail along with fines.
