A woman was screaming loud from her car. She kept honking the horn. Smith found her in the driver's seat of a silver 2024 Nissan sedan. He spotted signs of impairment right away as they talked. Her name was Elizabeth Moore. She admitted she drank alcohol that night. She said she came from the Baymont by Wyndham. She was hunting for another man. Smith suspected she was drunk.
