On January 26, 2023, the Euclid Police Department received calls about a vehicle that had backed into another car in a private parking lot and the driver appeared to have passed out. When officers arrived, they found the 23-year-old woman passed out behind the wheel. After waking her up, she was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. However, because of the bitter cold, it was decided to transport her to the police station for the exercises. While in route to the police station, she claims that she urinated on herself. Body camera footage and CCTV footage from inside the breathalyzer room captures the woman's drama as she blows a 0.182% BAC and claims she has done nothing wrong.
