Incident Report Date: September 22, 2023 Location: Chick-fil-A, 6085 North Point Parkway, Alpharetta, GA On September 22, 2023, I responded to the Chick-fil-A located at 6085 North Point Parkway in reference to a subject who needed to be removed from the premises. Upon arrival, I made contact with Mr. Chad Thornbery, the owner of the establishment. Mr. Thornbery advised that a female, later identified as Ms. Brown, had been frequenting the restaurant and acting aggressively toward his staff. He requested that she be criminally trespassed from the property. At the time of contact, Ms. Brown was seated on a bench near the sidewalk, which is still part of Chick-fil-A's property. I obtained and checked her Georgia identification, which revealed an active warrant out of Cobb County for failure to appear. Upon confirmation of the warrant by Cobb County Police, Ms. Brown was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Alpharetta City Jail. She was later transferred to the custody of Fulton County Deputies, also without incident. Ms. Brown was in possession of a black Nike gym bag and a cell phone; both items were accepted into the jail's property storage. A criminal trespass warning was issued to Ms. Brown for the Chick-fil-A location.
