On September 10, 2024, Officers from the Benton County Arkansas Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a Whataburger restaurant after being contacted by the drive-thru staff in regards to a suspected drunk customer. Upon arrival, the officers approached 41-year old Brooke Leigh Julian, who was sitting in her car in the parking lot. After having her exit her vehicle the responding officers questioned her, and later requested that she perform field sobriety exercises to prove she was capable of driving safely after her answers and actions left them suspicious of her abilities. After completing the exercises and submitting to a Breathalyzer test in which she blew a .146, Miss Julian was placed under arrest and transported to the Benton County Jail, where she was charged with DUI First Offense. She was released on a zero dollar Signature Bond and required to report for her initial court appearance later that month. #bodycam #drunkanddisorderly #drunkinpublic #arrestcam #policebodycamera #criminaljustice #DUI #policebodycam #whataburger #codebluecam #jail #breathalyzer #arkansaspolice #drinkinganddriving If you enjoyed this video please Like and Subscribe via the link provided.
