She Refused to Comply During a Chaotic DUI Arrest After an officer witnesses a woman reverse through traffic into a red light, a dangerous DUI investigation begins. The driver admits to drinking three beers but insists she was only trying to find food after a stressful night. As officers attempt to conduct field sobriety exercises, the situation quickly becomes emotional and chaotic. The woman repeatedly refuses commands, argues about a breathalyzer, and resists getting into the patrol vehicle, leading officers to escalate the arrest. She was ultimately charged with DUI over 0.15, battery on a law enforcement officer, and driving the wrong way on a one-way road. Prosecutors later dropped the battery charge, but she was convicted of DUI and sentenced to probation, license suspension, and an ignition interlock requirement.
