Police respond to a call involving a woman who urgently needs to use a restroom outside a church. Officers deny her request, explaining that she cannot access the facility at that moment. When asked to perform sobriety tests, the woman refuses and questions the officers about other drivers. Tension builds as she admits to being under the influence but insists she did not drive, while officers maintain their assessment of her condition.
