A Chicago police officer was baffled when Florida cops confronted him after receiving reports he allegedly urinated in an ice machine at a bar. The off-duty officer on vacation shouted at Pinellas County deputies that he was a brother of the badge, but that didn't stop them from placing him in handcuffs. The charges against Henry Capouch were dropped. It was never determined whether or not the accusations were true.
