Officers responded to Our House after a manager reported that a man was asleep in a bed and could not be woken. After several attempts, officers woke him and gave him time to gather his belongings before escorting him outside. The man then asked to retrieve a bike. When the manager said he had not arrived on a bike, officers told him they would review the cameras and bring it to him if he left the property. He refused, sat on a rock, and was warned he could be arrested for criminal trespassing. When officers tried to take him into custody, he placed his hands beneath him and resisted. Officers used a baton to gain control of his hands, took him into custody, and transported him to the Pulaski County Regional Jail on a criminal trespass charge.
