On July 23, 2024, Alliance Police Officers were dispatched to a domestic violence call at the parking lot of the municipal court building. A man was reporting that the mother of his child was following him and preventing him from making a child custody report. When officers tried to make contact with the woman, she refused to roll down the window of her vehicle. She also refused to exit her vehicle. As Officer Tussey was making plans to break the window, the woman put the car in gear and crashed into 2 police vehicles. Her window was smashed by Officer Tussey and she was extracted from the vehicle. She was then tased at least once. She was eventually taken into custody and was transported to the hospital for medical clearance. She faces all kinds of charges, which are discussed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
