Follow UK border officers as they combat smugglers across the nation's ports and airports. In Manchester, a sniffer dog's alert on a passenger from Jamaica leads to an intense interrogation as high traces of cocaine are found on his belongings, even as he denies any contact with drugs. Officers must unravel his evasive answers and past criminal record for drug dealing. Meanwhile, at Gatwick, the freight team intercepts a suspicious package from South America, uncovering thousands of pounds worth of cocaine hidden inside ordinary-looking buttons. Later, at Manchester Airport, a flight from Pakistan brings an aggressive cigarette smuggler who confronts officers directly when his huge stash is seized. In Dover, officers face a string of outrageous lies from lorry drivers who swear they have no cigarettes, only to find thousands expertly concealed in their cabs. Back in Manchester, a suspected drug mule from the Caribbean struggles to explain her inconsistent story, and the discovery of hidden packages in her shoes leads to a dramatic arrest. Witness the most powerful sniffer dog indication of an officer's career on a flight from Jamaica, leading to a tense standoff as the suspected smuggler tries to ditch his illicit cargo.
