Upon approaching the vehicle, the officer found the driver highly intoxicated. Despite initially denying alcohol consumption, her impaired state was evident. The officer conducted several field sobriety tests, including the Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus, Walk and Turn, and One Leg Stand tests, all of which she failed. Consequently, she was arrested for driving under the influence and taken to the police station for further processing.
