On September 3, 2024, Roswell Police Officers were dispatched to a vehicle stuck on railroad tracks. The 43-year-old woman gave conflicting information about how she ended up driving her vehicle off road and across the tracks. The police report indicates that both Officers Hunter and Shannon could smell alcohol coming from the woman. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for Driving While Under the Influence of Liquor. At the police station, she provided two breath samples and the results were 0.18% and 0.17% BAC. Her complete list of charges are discussed at the end of the video. Her case is still open and all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
