On the evening of April 30, 2025, troopers in Washington State pulled over a driver for failing to yield. He refused to show ID, told them state law didn't apply to him, and said he was not getting out of the car. "You never read my Miranda rights." Backup arrived, the window came in, and he was pulled out through it: "Glass in my eye! Ambulance!" Cuffed on the side of the road, he spent the next forty minutes demanding to know what crime he'd committed. "A traffic violation is not a crime." "I do not follow RCW rules. I'm a private citizen." He asked for a search warrant "signed by all 3 people," told the sergeant he was a mechanic, and refused every request to walk to the patrol car. So the sergeant made him one last offer: get up like a man, or "you're gonna get wrapped up like a burrito." He was arrested for obstruction, failure to identify, and assault, as stated on camera. The final outcome of the case was not available at the time of this video. 00:00 In this episode 00:39 "You never read my Miranda rights" 02:55 Foot on the door latch 04:13 Cuffed on the roadside 05:28 "You're buying me a new window" 06:36 "What was the probable cause?" 07:24 "A traffic violation is not a crime" 07:56 "I do not follow RCW rules" 08:30 The sergeant steps in 10:02 A warrant "signed by all 3 people" 11:27 "They're troopers" 12:27 Medics: "might have a microchip in it" 13:25 The glasses 13:56 "Ambulance!
