On this episode, a state patrol officer is on the freeway spots a vehicle ping ponging in its lane. The woman stops and says she is "tired". Her boyfriend in the passenger seat isn't having any of it. They provide zero paperwork because the vehicle isn't titled or insured. The officer spots open containers and has the woman step out. She is reluctant to take any tests and claims it's because of her nerves. It really because she is drunk. She doesn't understand why he won't just let her go down the road to her house. The one officer on seen she wants to leave because she claims the officer is always pulling her and her family over. She fails testing and refuses to take a breathalyzer. Her boyfriend is really agitated with everything and when the officer tells him the vehicle is getting towed he tells him he is stupid and to have a good ****** day!
