Brandon reported that he was fishing and had to waste approximately 8,000 pounds of chum salmon. Chum salmon average 8-15 pounds, meaning approximately 696 fish went to waste. In the end, he was issued a citation for waste of salmon with a mandatory court date. The court ordered him to pay $520 in fines, or about $.75 per fish. After Brandon’s failure to pay the fine, a $35 fine was added on, and the amount was set to collections. If you like this video and want to see more like it, Subscribe to Arrest Cam.
