In the end, Jacob was charged harvesting stone crabs during a closed season, possession of an undersized mangrove snapper, and 3 counts of possession out of season crawfish. Through a negotiated plea deal, he pled to no contest to possession of out of season stone crab. He was sentenced to 6 months of probation with the possibility of early termination. To qualify for early termination, he was required to take a Florida Fish and Wildlife regulations course and pay $308 in costs and fees. Approximately two weeks later he met all of the conditions and his probation was terminated. If you like this video and want to see more like it, Subscribe to Arrest Cam.
