Verona Police Officer Ed Ruff is back. He recently starred in another video where he arrested the ex-wife of a man who is allegedly the head of Internal Affairs. In this video, he pulls over an elderly woman who allegedly almost hit him head on. He thinks her medications are making her unsafe to drive, so he puts her through field sobriety tests. When she proves to be too frail to complete the tests, he arrests her for driving while intoxicated. Did he do the right thing?
