Officers asked her if she had consumed any alcohol and she admitted to drinking earlier in the day. She was asked to perform standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested and transported to the Middletown Police Headquarters. The police report indicates her breath alcohol level was 0.116%. She was charged with 1) Operating Under the Influence of Liquor; 2) Careless Driving; 3) Reckless Driving; 4) Driving on Marked Lanes; and 5) Driving on a Suspended License. On October 20, 2025, she pleaded guilty to the Operating Under the Influence charge. As part of a plea agreement, all of the other charges were dismissed.
