As usual FWC left the camera muted for a lot of the interaction. Most of the footage was of the officer waiting on information on the passenger from CBP. Summary below: "On Monday, February 6, 2023, at approximately 1130 hours, I was on patrol in the area of STA 2. I observed a vehicle and trailer backed in at the open field near the STA 2 entrance. There was two subjects on the trailer swiping dirt and debris off the trailer. The subjects saw me and got back inside the truck. The subject then fled the area south bound on US 27. I then went to the dump site and found a large amount of dirt and several pieces of fiberoptics pipes/ plastic pieces. I left the dump site and then began searching for the vehicle travailing south bound on US 27. I then located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop. I identified the driver of the vehicle as Emanuel (redacted) and the passenger as Hans (redacted). I spoke to the subjects and they admitted to dumping the debris off the trailer. I cited both individuals for littering exceeding 15 pounds but not exceeding 500 pounds. My BWC was on during the incident."
